We understand life happens. Please contact us at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your appointment time to reschedule or cancel so we can offer your slot to another client. Full details are outlined in our Service Agreement.

Yes, please arrive with your hair freshly washed, detangled, completely blown out straight/stretched, and free of heavy oils or butters unless your booked service includes a dedicated shampoo and blow-dry package.

If you choose to bring your own hair, please make sure its texture, color, and density match your desired style.
